The International Office of IPU Berlin is currently announcing scholarships within the framework of the DAAD-funded PROMOS program. The program can support internship stays abroad of up to two months, study stays abroad of up to four months (regular study abroad programs or research stays for writing theses or term papers) and language course stays of up to 6 months taking place between July 1 and December 31, 2025.

The amount of funding consists of a country-specific partial scholarship of 300 - 500,- EUR and/or a country-specific travel allowance of 250 - 3.000,- EUR.

Applications will be reviewed by the International Affairs Committee and prioritized primarily based on academic performance (GPA) and motivation.

Both students enrolled in undergraduate (Bachelor) and graduate (Master) programs are eligible to apply. Applicants must be enrolled in a regular program with the aim of obtaining one of the mentioned degrees.

Both programs are aimed at doctoral candidates and postdocs. The application process is entirely through the DAAD portal.
