The financial support provided by the Erasmus+ mobility program for teaching purposes is based on the various living costs in the target countries ("program countries"). Uniform daily rates are applicable for the support by German universities.
Since the academic year 2018/19, the following fixed daily rates are applicable in Germany for three country groups:
These daily rates are in addition to travel costs, which are based on the actual distances between the mobility-related departure and destination points. They are determined uniformly across Europe using a calculation tool.
The following amounts are reimbursed per stay, based on the respective distance:
b) On the basis of inter-institutional agreements, researchers and teaching staff of the IPU Berlin also have the opportunity to complete a stay abroad in Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Since the academic year 2018/19, the following fixed daily rates are applicable in Germany for the Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina country group up to the 14th day of the stay, while the support amounts to 70% of the daily rates listed for the 15th to the 60th days of the stay:
Serbia/Bosnia-Herzegovina: €180 per day
These daily rates are in addition to travel costs at an amount of €275.
