Studies and Teaching Office

General Information

 

The Studies and Teaching Office (BüSL) is the contact point for students and lecturers as well as for persons who are interested in studying at IPU. We are available for administrative questions regarding your (future) studies at the IPU.
You can reach us in person or by telephone during the individual office hours as indicated below.

For in-depth consultations, please make an individual appointment with the responsible person in charge of your study program.

Please note: The Studies and Teaching Office is not staffed on weekends and public holidays. Absences (such as holidays or similar) are not published on the website or profiles.

You can request all needed certificates (certificate of enrollment/exmatriculation, transcript of records…) at any time by e-mail from the responsible person in charge of your study program. We will then send you the certificates by e-mail or inform you when the documents are ready to collect.

Please submit your request as early as possible and allow some processing time for your request to be dealt with. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

If you wish to submit forms (e.g. certificates, internship applications, applications to write your thesis, etc.), you can simply put them in the mailbox of the “BüSL” (Studies and Teaching Office) or send them by email as pdf-file to the respective person in charge. The mailboxes are located in the hallway (across from the Infopoint). All forms can be found at Downloads.

For all general inquiries (e.g. rooms, telephone numbers…) you can also contact the Infopoint staff (Stromstr. 3b).
