The research project investigates action-oriented variants of intervention approaches that have been developed in the field of social psychology and are referred to as wise interventions. The aim of the study is to develop short-term interventions that strengthen activity and personal responsibility in dealing with challenges and promote the social participation of the various actors. Previous studies point to effects that reinforce personal values. The aim is to confirm these findings. In addition, the study includes an analysis of innovative action-oriented interventions based on the theory and practice of psychodrama and integrating methods such as role-playing and special feedback methods. Participants in the study include refugees and people who volunteer to work with refugees. Participation in the study is possible in German and English.
