Starting in February, in cooperation with istat, a survey for all 2019/2020 IPU graduates will take place as part of a nation-wide study. An initial survey was previously conducted for the 2016/2017 graduates of Psychology programs.
IPU is very interested in how former students have developed professionally since graduating: Did they continue studying after receiving their bachelor’s degrees, or continue on to complete a doctorate after the master’s program? Did they start working right away, did they begin the psychotherapist training, or are they taking a break to travel? To what extent did studying at IPU help them on their way? What improvements would they suggest to IPU?
Until now, IPU students in the psychology bachelor’s and master’s programs have given very good marks in the CHE-Ranking. A Graduate Panel in 2017 showed that IPU is particularly practice oriented. Interviews with graduates and conversations during alumni reunions (next date: 1 July 2022, at evening) show similar results.
All participants of the next round of graduate surveys will be awarded a voucher for a book from the IPU library or an alternative book-related gift certificate.
If you belong to the above-mentioned graduate year (between 1 October 2019 and 30 September 2020) and have not yet received an invitation by post or email, please get in contact with Vanessa Stanzel (vanessa.stanzel(at)ipu-berlin.de).
