Project Description

This one-year pilot project provides an overview of the unique possibilities offered by AI-based algorithms and graphological assessments as tools for identifying leadership qualities in personnel selection and examines potential convergences between the two methods.

Over the past decades, there has been a steady decline in the use of graphological analysis in personnel selection, whereas artificial intelligence—albeit polarizing—has become increasingly established.

In the research project, documents are analyzed using both methods and the results are quantitatively examined for overlaps or divergences. We investigate whether these instruments represent a unique and valuable diagnostic approach to personnel selection that goes beyond conventional methods.
