Project Description

This one-year project intends to establish an overview of the special opportunities provided by AI-based algorithms as well as graphological reports when taking personnel decisions and examines potential convergencies of the two methods.

Over the last few decades, a progressive decline of the application of graphological reports in the selection of personnel has been noted, whereas Artificial Intelligence – even though polarized – become established increasingly.

Within that project, documents were analysed by both methods, and those results quantitatively investigated with regard to overlapping or divergencies. We intend to explore the question whether these instruments constitute a unique and valuable diagnostic approach when selecting personnel, that exceeds conventional methods.
