For a number of years now, the specialist subject of psychology has experienced a real boom. Thousands of school-leavers apply each year for the limited number of places available at universities and colleges to study this subject. What drives such school-leavers to consider delving into a course of studies that places the human at its center like almost no other?

To put it shortly, the personal motivational reasons are manifold in nature, driven by the individual's own imprinting and their future career choice.
